direct number for retensions?
 
hi, had it with ntl or virgin etc... completely messed my bill up, major imcompetence.

does anyone have a working number for retentions?

If you are set on leaving why call retentions? Send a registered letter to Virgin Media giving your months notice (if outside your 12 month contract) and wait for the day they cut your services off.

Retentions aren't really the ones to call....... unless you are looking for a deal to change your mind ;)

Customer Care can't book a disc it has to go to custoemr relations or Moves & transfers. unless the adviser is ABBL trained.

There is a disconnections departement for a reason, so it isn't exactly the incorrect route to take, writing a letter will work, but thats long and takes time, calling is much easier which is why they have set that departement up.
