My VOD wasn't working on the TV Drive last night in Wolverhampton but it was working fine on my standard box in the other room

I have just had a V+HD installed and was hoping it was because of that (the V+ hasn't activated yet).

The Samsung I've kept for multiroom's VOD works fine.

VOD was unavailable for me last night on both V+ and V-Box (Samsung with V software) - Loughborough.

Im sure I said this in another thread, but give the poor company time to settle down, with a merger it's not as simple as connecting the 2 networks and billing systems togther and praying it works, in fact that might never happen, people seem to expect Virgin Media to suddenly excel the sum of NTL and Telewest which isn't going to happen for some time, have some patience :)

1. Take the box out from the mains.
2. Hold the top 3 channel buttons on the box
3. Plug the mains back in, keeping the buttons pressed in for around 20 seconds and let go...
4. sit back and let it update to the v software ;)

No, there's instructions on how to update a pace box somewhere on this forum. Can't seem to find them now though... :(
