Smart Card Query!

Just had V+ installed this morning, and was told it could take upto 24hrs for the channels to work. At the moment i can view the basic channels. On the technical info page in settings it says smartcard status - unpaired, is that ok or is that why all my channels aint on? Thanx

Yep, you won't be able to see any encrypted channels (which is most of them) with an unpaired smartcard. Part of the provisioning process is to pair the card with the box, which can take a while as the installer said.

Ok Thanx! Good job i've got my other box upstairs theres loads of stuff on the movie channels tonight!! LOL!
