existing customers?

my gf has telewest tv broadband and telephone. she has the basic everything + talk evenings & weekends

according to virgin media site she could be getting tv large, broadband medium and phone large for the same price.

does that mean she'll get a free upgrade to tv large?

I think she will have to ring CS to get it upgraded. I doubt Virgin Media will upgrade her account automatically.

SHOULD be able to do that, but it depends what tv pack it is, try and find out if its Starter TV or TV Size M (Free TV)

if you can let us know by wed then ill confirm it that evening
