Hello

The new update that virgin media is rolling out that changes the interface of the system, Does this affect the speed of showing the programs on the guide? Or does it still show the dreaded searching... ?

I hope so!!

My old guide has got even slower and is freezing much more from this last week. Also there is often a delay switching between channels using the keypad or Prog Up/Down (since Virgin arrived??).
