So i phoned up today and asked for the movie channels to be added, they were added ok but the sky sports channels were also added and i don't want them so i phoned again and found out that they were charging me for those as well, so I asked them to remove the sky sports channels and you can guess what happened they removed the movie channels and kept the sports channels so i just phoned up again and it said it was 20 min cue so I asked for a callback, I bet I don't get one though

I would wait in the queue to be honest, the channels are billed from the date they are activated so you will end up with part month charges for the sports if you dont call back immediately, if you leave it any amount of time as well they could argue you only wanted it activated to watch a certain program etc.

I did call back and they said they were going to remove the sports channels but they removed the movie channels instead

Give them a call back immediately and ask for them to be removed immediately. Also make sure they correct any pro rata charges that may appear on your bill.

It is a simple mistake to make - the buttons are right next to each other 'sports and movies' and 'movies'... Hope u get it sorted. ;)

I thought the Sky Movie channels were a waste of time, it's the same films over and over again.

Yeah im only getting it so i can watch the academy awards , anyway they said they'd sort it out in the next few hours so have to wait and see
