NTL costs

Hello,

I'm not sure if i've got my sums wring but i think i being i overcharged!

I had my NTL installed last week and i went for the phone unlimited at evening and weekends, 2meg broadband and i think it was called the base pack for TV or the select I not sure which! I remember it was £11.50 a month and it was the middle option

anyway I'm paying £40 a month for this but i've had a look at the recent changes and now through the website it's available for £36.50 and on this link i found: http://www.whycable.co.uk/pricechang...Value_Pack.pdf the thrid package down is the one i opted for (i think!) and it's on for £34!

Have i read this correctly on the pdf page or am i simply getting confused!:erm:

i appreciate any clarity you can bring!

Re: NTL costs

The first bill may be a little more as you may have a few days that arent included in the normal billing cycle.

If the next bill is amiss then you may be being overcharged, I would wait until next months bill.

First bill is always a bit more than expected in my experience as you have the odd extra few days on there, possibly a week sometimes.
