just added up the full cost of those services - family 19.50, Line rental 11, bb 17.99 and evenn 5.50 = 53.99. To get it to the price u were quoted it would mean a discount of 15.49 every month.....quick question was it sales or relations or cmc that offered this deal?

apparently was relations

ok what i would do if you havent already is speak to relation again to make sure that either the discounts gon on and stay on ..or if one of the agents there will manually credit them....

before you say anything about an agent manually crd..i do the same in cmc for issues like double line rental billing every month for a few customers so there are agnets in ntl:telewest who will take responsibility for accounts :D
