Mobile handsets
 

I'm looking for a car mounted mobile phone that has two handsets that will enable the phone to be answered either by some one in the front or some one in the back of the car using a standard telephone type handset.

Do you of you by any chance know of the existance of such a device?

afaik due to the popularity of mobile phones there aren't really many car phones any more, aside from those that are built into the likes of 7 series BMWs.

Could you use a mobile phone in the back, and have a handsfree device in the front with the driver?

It sounds as if you want two sim cards with the same telephone number (one for the carphone and one for a phone being used outside the car) - AFAIK Vodaphone and Orange do this, but only for business customers, as we put this in place for our CEO (he kept leaving his phone in the car).
