NTL problems
 

Hello I am a new member Jacquie
We have a bad problem with NTL Telewest in the Portsmouth area
We have TV Broadband & Telephone
however the problem of TVfreezing up makes it impossible to watch programmes on the cable sites at all We are told that in our area the problem will be corrected by the 31st of January This problem has been going on since before Christmas We had 2 engineers & had the box changed werent even told there was a local problem until recently Bet all the advertisers would be hopping mad if they knew their adverts are wasted( in my opinion)
In all fairness we have been given a refund but we can only watch CH1 2
ITV3 CH4 even those freeze up a bit ruining the gist of the programme
Moving soon dont know which company to employ next time
