not too bad a price, why do you need to DVD writers? surely one reader which is faster at reading is better than two writers

Rams to slow and it needs a second hard drive all I can see wrong with it

I run 2 dvd rw and use them both for burning often

Id say its about an 820-850 quid build ish so what your getting for the 140 is it built and working a 3 years warrentee so it is a fair price

It'll definitely be ok for browsing :D

Some people here aren't too keen on MESH. I got my last machine from them, and there were some issues regarding delivery. (I was told it was due for delivery the next day a few times, and it didn't show up). Also, the monitor arrived a week after the machine as they were short in supply. Generally, I think I got a quality and solid machine, so I consider the above gripes minor details.

Re: is this a good price 4 a new pc ?

That the only option? bit of a hike up that. Do they show brand for either?

Re: is this a good price 4 a new pc ?

2048MB DDR2 533MHz Memory - (2x 1024MB)
2048MB DDR2 900MHz Memory -( 2x 1024MB Kit)[upg £ 100.00]
4096MB DDR2 533MHz Memory -( 4x 1024MB )[upg £ 200.00]
there is no branding
that is all there is to pick from .

all so you can not add a 2nd hard drive .

I priced it up on ocuk at around 820 - 850 depending on case so your only paying 150 quid for the build and the warrentee which to me isnt unreasonable. However I wouldnt use them componants id use ati gfx and branded ram and an extra hard drive but I think its fair

Using you link dude the 6600 an asus board a fair case and a comparative gfx seeing as they do not have the right card the komplett price is 960

Re: is this a good price 4 a new pc ?

The memory is the OCZ platinum range (900mhz) exactly what I have from them.

Mesh do use good components, their customer service is however very much to be desired. I have a MESH comp, would I recomend them? My answer would be yes now, but knowing that it probably will NOT be a straight forward transactions I and know if I do get probs it will be a hassle to get sorted. I know it probably will not be delivered on time etc etc, but if I say 'Yes' then I need to accept all that and go for their prices and components.

I got a custom sli9 with the 7950gx2s, E6700, 2 DVD Drives, 2x250 sata, 2x320gig externals, 2gig ocz 900mhz ram, X-fi sound card, on a P5n32 sli deluxe mobo. I did unfortuantly have a bad experience getting it, but the actual machine is amazing and can't fault it.

Good luck anyways :)
