If she installs the phones software on her PC, she should then be able to send that file to the PC and then email the normal way.

I use a Bluetooth dongle to take things off my phone and put things on.

Alternatively she could email it from the phone if it supports email but i'm sure this might be a hassle to setup. I don't bother with email on my phone.

[edit]

I see the phone doesn't have bluetooth so she will have to use the cable she should have and software to get it onto the pc.

This is probably what you need if you don't already have a cable and software.

What phone does she have?

does it have a flash memory card?

If so can you not put the clip on to that and then on to the PC via a card reader

Aloha (better for an opening? ;) )

The E350 doesn't have a card slot, it does however support e-mail sending. So my suggestion would be to get the e-mail settings from O2 and send it through e-mail.

MMS is possible if the file is under 30Kb...at least that is the rule over here (Netherlands - Vodafone) But since you've said the file to be to big to send in the first place I doubt that will be an option.

The bluetooth option won't work either, since the phone does not have bluetooth. It's the 350 right? not the 530, the ladyphone, which does have bluetooth.

Either way, hope this was of some help at least.

Cheers.
