Alternative NTL contact numbers?
 

Apologies if this has been posted before (i'm new here!) and I haven't actually checked these out for NTL - although I have for other companies.

If you go to

http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php

and search for NTL you get a list of 0800 numbers for contacting various NTL Departments. Worth trying if you are struggling with the "official" ones ?

Im sure this is probably everywhere by now, but just in case people have missed it (as it's not yet on the bills or that site)

From any ntl/telewest line you can dial, for free, 150 for customer care (this STILL works when the line has been restricted due to non-payment) and 151 for faults (inc broadband support during main faults opening hours i.e. 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and 9am-5pm Saturday)

If you are calling from any other line its still 0845 454 0000 for Customer Care and 0871 225 1111 (Broadband support inc after main faults has closed)
