Analoque FM Radio issue
Hi Folks, my first ever post, so be gentle...
I use the "FM" socket on the NTL white box to feed a conventional FM Tuner, as per instructions in http://homepage.ntlworld.com/altisuk/fm/index.htm Everything is fine, I receive excellent signal string for all the stations listed in the spreadsheet pointed to in the above URL, with one notable exception. BBC Radio 3, which is what I am really interested in, is broadcast on 91.10 MHz, but for most of the time, it broadcasts a very strong signal of complete silence! Seems to work for a week, but then be silent for several weeks at a time. Currently it has been silent for around a month (note to self: keep a diary of on/off dates!) Anybody else in the Thames Valley area, or NTL in general seen this? Is it a known issue? I can't find anything on the wider internet via Google. Thanks in advance -- Peter |

:welcome:
- in the meantime, of course, you can listen on Ntl/Telewest channel 903 my installation didn't include a 'white box', so an FM option would only be available to me with a different splitter, assuming it is available in all ntl areas??? |
