Then while she was busy checking other stuff, i tried flicking through channels again and now noticed ITV 1, CH 4 & also joined the vanishing channels, and that TMF was showing an "unsubscribed Channel" message. She then said that if things aren't restored within two hours (by 6pm) i should call again. Luckily they return by then, so didn't need to call again.

I'll especially be asking the techie about this loss of channels seeing as one was just here about a month ago about constant STB freezing (who actually just changed the frequency they box was set to) and said it should help.
