The other things like phone, bb, tv etc is £104

So to sum it up according to the charge of my bill, it comes to £264

WE spoke to ntl bills department and they said the bill was wrong but never said by how much, they then said they would send another bill out but that was 3 or so weeks ago.

Is this bill right ?

6 converter boxes are you kidding me? i have 2 boxes plus a tv drive.

Re: NTL bill confusion

what it looks like is that you have been charged for a full month in advance, plus a partial month in arrears, then given some of the 'in arrears' payments back as credits.

The £167.98 figure is correct, as per the bill, but you are clearly being charged for too many set top boxes...

ntl cant send out an ammended bill so i guess what thier going to do is to credit what has been charged incorrectly but it will mean it will roll over to next months bill and you'll have a double bill,

id get on to CS find out how much the bill should have come to, pay that and then let them sort out the rest, but they really should have told you what was wrong and the amount it should have come to

HAHAH FIXED MY **** lol

here comes part f'n 2 of this nightmare

i've lost all services, that includes tv, phone and internet, i managed to phone virgin but kept me on the line for more than 15 mins, CS in the billing department is now closed (arghh) anyways i find out what the problem is and it's do with an outstanding balance that they're due, however the bill i got was for a 182 pounds including the credit they owed me for there part in this whole sorry mess, 2 or 3 days ago i received another bill but this was for 82 pounds (i already paid them) anyways they cut me off.

Very angry, if i could get a hold of that nice helpful lady i spoke to a few weeks ago, i'm going to use pliers and pull off her fingernails one by damn one (not really).

i hope to phone CS tomorrow and get this whole thing sorted including the credit that "owed" to me.

cheeri buys

It's still not ON!, this is getting beyond a joke now, having to pay for next months bill as well as this one, oh the channels will be with you shortly, yeah like i've heard that crap before, that's now 6-7 hours ago.

If it ain't sorted out by tomorrow they can take the whole lot away, 2 stb's, tv drive, phone, 10mb bb and 'll just get my hate fred from bar l to hook me up a few of those dodgy boxes.

bloody pathetic.

Re: NTL bill confusion

When ntl stuck my internet back on, i seriously think they've downgraded me to less than 4mb connection, the connection should be at 10mb not 4. FFS
