I have ordered a new 47" LCD Toshiba TV from Play.com. Does anyone know which courier they use to deliver the items? They normally use parcelforce for most items like that but they said they use a special courier for such items.

When I ordered the surround sound system the other week, they used Parcel Force

i wonder if you could ask them for a tracking number seeing as it is such a large and expensive purchase..

Do you have to pay VAT and import duty on purchases like these from play.com or do they pay it for you?

They usually have the tracking number and a link to the courier on the order page for the item.

I had a tracking number with mine. Just log into your Play.com account and look at your order history, it should be there.

Its because of the size of the item they dont use parcelforce.

Everytime I've used Play.com the send it with Parcel Force.

Being delivered tomorrow by a Pallet company called M&S Transport based in Warrington.

I take it, that it is not Marks and Spencers that are deleivering it, unless they started a new company eh ;)
