NTL Webmail automatic deletions

Hello again all.

I have several ntl e.mail accounts and although I don't tend to use e.mail a lot, sometimes I want to retain certain messages and am finding that after 3 months they are being deleted automatically. Other than printing them (which I don't really want to do) is there any easy way of retaining these messages permanently?

Please bear in mind I am a great big simple old Hector :)

Cheers everyone !!!!!! :tu:

:xmas:

Set up outlook express or any other email software to use the account and then when you connect and retrieve your emails using the software tool you will have a copy on you harddrive.

Let's face it, it took them years of complaints to figure out supplying AV or a firewall would be a good idea.

Hi again - was trying to follow this up yesterday and came across a link to a new Yahoo email service which I clicked on a which looked interesting. I believe it was somewhere on the NTL site but can't find it now. Can anyone shed any light? Is it any good?

Cheers !!
