High Latency in Gaming
 

hello guys/girls wondering if anyone could possibly help me out on an issue here, i play World of Warcraft and im getting random high latency and Lagspikes so i performed a Trace route and this was the result

gosh you must be patient 4294967285ms is 7 weeks by my reckoning - something very wrong!

its not unusual to get the timeouts at the end it just means ping not getting through a firewall

Lokks like ubr prob 2nd hop and ntl core network prob further on hop 6 .They could be doing work on the core network or the ubr :tu:

is there anything i can do about it? should i ring them or wait a while?

this has been happening for about 4 days by the way

I'd ring them tomorrow about it, 4 days is a long enough time to wait to see if it's just a one off... Which it would seem it isn't.

Tjeres nothing on the service status page but they have been known to do work and is does not apear on the page.:mad: Has this been going on long if not try tommorow if it has ring them up .
