There has been some interesting correspondence recently in the computer section of the Guardian on the fact that the title of this thread is a valid Internet address - try it and see. Apparently it's to do with the fact that the £ symbol can be represented by the characters xn--9aa, or something like that.
Are there any other examples of unusual names? |
