Excel question
Can someone help me with an Excel problem? I have a spreadsheet that is protected in some columns but not in others. I also have an auto filter on so certain catagories can be selected. When I protect the sheet, I can fill in the columns I have unlocked, but cannot use the filter. Is there anyway I can leave columns protected for input but still be able to use filter when protected?
Many thanks Abs ---------- Post added at 14:30 ---------- Previous post was at 13:44 ---------- Sorry, should have said, I know I can do it on Office 2002 and above, it's whether I can do it on older versions, which unfortunately we have at work!! Abs |
