Anti spyware

Hi All,
I'm getting this error message from netgaurd it's saying anti spyware could not start?? any ideas why?
I've just re-installed it :td:
Before re-install the error message was saying anti spyware update failed to install?? :monkey:

Any help would be great. ;)
