Help what to I do??
 

My broadband is running slow it’s been like it for about 3 weeks
3mb when it should be 10mb and it sometimes stops working
Completely but all though I pay for 10mb I have never
Got 10mb it’s all ways been about 8mb if I am lucky I all ways thought it was my
Computer slowing it down
I have an old terayon modem that I got when I first joined Ntl about 5 years
Ago and now I have seen on this forum people saying they don’t work anymore
My one does but it’s just very slow??
So what to I do try and get a new modem or just what and see if it gets better
On it own there have been times in the past when it’s been slow
And remember its now winter all them people that were running around outside
In the summer are now indoors playing with there computers :confused: :confused:

The modem needs changing as the Q256 upgrade affects them.
