TV Ants?

I'm afraid i'm a bit of a novice when it comes to pc's hence me asking a question you'll probably all roll your eyes at - sorry :confused:

But what exactly is TV Ants (as its installed on my laptop)? And can you watch any channel on it?

Any info i find, seems to be in chinese :(
