Error code SRM9001 on all last weeks on demand progs
 

I had the same problem the week before and it seemed to sort itself by friday ( had been waiting for mondays programmes), but Im trying to watch Torchwood, Spooks, Dog Borstal from last sun/mon and Im STILL getting the blimming error over a week on.:mad:

Can anyone shed any light on this problem at all?!!

Is it worth ringing NTL as I do begrudge paying for the privilege:(

It's free to ring on 150. Never seen this problem before.

Just rang, and, according to the pre recorded message you get before you actually speak to someone, they are aware of the problem in the luton area with Pick of the Week and are trying to resolve it

Me too, they'll be taking the progs off before I have chance to view them at this rate!!

still the same here nothing is working. i like to watch lead balloon at 3am and now i cant :P

srm9001 is a problem with the entire luton area at the moment
it will be sorted out very soon
