ITV 2 + 1 and 3 +1
 

"ITV has announced that it is to launch two timeshifted channels later this month.

One hour delayed versions of female orientated station ITV2 and classic and contemporary drama channel ITV3 will be available free-to-air via digital satellite.

ITV2 +1 and ITV3 +1 are expected to begin on October 30. "

the above was announed on digital spy, Will this be the same on cable? or Freeveiw, with it being free to air, Even though it does say via satellite !!

these channels are up on sky channels 211/213 but not still on my ntl box.
