i-websolutions

Anyone else got problems with email to accounts held on i-web solutions?

The mySql went down yesterday on their UK3 server. Most of it seems to be fixed but I haven't been able to access webmail or mail through the control panel since yesterday evening. Just get an error message about fatal calls to undefined mysql functions.

I've sent them a couple of support tickets today but haven't heard back yet and their "live support" has been offline all today. Would like it fixed tonight as weekend coming up.

Over 24 hours without access to email now and still no contact from anyone at i-websolutions. I only signed up with them because they were recommended on this forum.

Don't even know if emails are getting through and waiting for me, or if they are just disappearing into the ether.

It is unusual for someone from i-web not to contact you, in my experience, , have you reported it as a support issue?

Yes - twice today by submitting tickets through the support centre and received acknowledgement receipts (to my ntl email address).

I'm on the UK3 server, is anyone else getting probs?

Have you tried posting on I-web's own forum. There are a few members on here that use i-web, but not necessarily for all services.

I was going to but they've changed the procedure and now you need to get special permissions set to post. Although I registered ages ago, they have changed the system since last I posted so I can't post now until they change the permissions.
