.NET Broadcast Event Window - Annoying
Hey CF, can i draw you attention away from that Mac vs PC thread for a mo? i get this pop up every time i reboot or shut down and it is really annoying, so i decided to do some Googling and found out that i had to download UPHClean from Microsoft to resolve the problem, well i downloaded and installed, but the dammn thing is still appearing. I have done, Anti spy ware scans and a anti virus scan, but this has not solved the problem.

Re: .NET Broadcast Event Window - Annoying
Yeah, used to have that problem with 1.x version of .NET framework when I was still using my old Radeon 9800 pro... upgrading to v2 fixed it - but then the card died and I went with Nvidia anyway

Might try that fix, the repair option should be easy enough :)

Re: .NET Broadcast Event Window - Annoying
Cat 5.9 and .Net 2.0 (only), plus UPHClean, seems to do the trick - but anything past Cat 5.6 only works with the DX9 generation of cards, 9500 or above.

Latest Cat's, Radeon X1600XT. .Net 1, 1.1 & 2. So, i can tick those boxes.
