Suddenly unsubscribed from TV
 

I have currently have an ntl family pack subscription. However, since the recent thunderstorms my Samsung box has twice lost my subscription details.

Last night, for example, I turned on the ntl box and I no longer had access to Sky One (which is odd as surely anyone on ntl digital tv will have this) and several other channels.

A good reboot usually takes care of it, but can anyone suggest why this might be happening?

I would check and clean your smart card in the front of the box.

If that does not work then a call to faults should get you sorted. :)

i agree seen that twice so far on both the samsung and the pace stb the latter this morning saying unsubscribed etc etc reboot fixed it but again why does it do it in first place [oh dont tell me wants to keep me on my toes? lol]
