Site timing out

Does anyone else have trouble viewing this site:
http://www.userfriendly.org/
or is it just me? I checked it with NeoTrace Pro & couldn't see any obvious probs, but it just times out on me [both in Maxthon & Firefox]. All other sites I normally view work ok. The reason I'm asking here is that this isn't the 1st time this has happened [with this site], there's been a couple of occasions when I was unable to view it for weeks at a time, yet when I check the Google cache it has been updated during the period when I'm unable to view it. I've checked everything on my system I can think of, but if others can't view it, then at least I can stop looking for causes on my machine.

Hmm... considering that [IIRC] both you & I connect through NTL's Luton... :erm: ...thingy [proxy server?], I'm wondering if the problem could be there, especially as it's only us [so far, plus your dad] that can't access it. Although I don't know what could cause just that 1 site [at least that I know of] to be unavailable.

Thanks to everyone for replying.

I just tried it via 1 of those proxy sites, & it worked from there. Weird.

http://www.userfriendly.org/ is accessible through all the lutn proxies except #12.

Code:

--11:40:27--  http://www.userfriendly.org/
Resolving lutn-cache-11.server.ntli.net... 62.252.64.32
Connecting to lutn-cache-11.server.ntli.net|62.252.64.32|:8080... connected.
Proxy request sent, awaiting response... 200 OK

--11:40:28--  http://www.userfriendly.org/
Resolving lutn-cache-12.server.ntli.net... 62.252.64.33
Connecting to lutn-cache-12.server.ntli.net|62.252.64.33|:8080... connected.
Proxy request sent, awaiting response... Read error (Connection reset by peer) in headers.
Giving up.

confirmed proxy itself working with other sites so looks like a block on the remote network, eicat.ca:
