I've been lurking for quite a while now but I must post to say that I phoned NTL tech support about a TV problem on Wed at 1300. The technician arrived at 2 minutes past 8 on Thus and job finished at half past 8
This is good service and a big up to the staff

Thanks for the welcome. I must say I have been with NTL for 6 years now, phone TV and BB and have had no problems and good service since day one

We've only ever had one issue with BroadBand, after we moved house, and that was fixed in 15 minutes over the phone by the Indian Call Center.

Its just the TV and Phone they seem to have issues providing us with!
