Anonymous Caller Reject blocking BT ex-directory callers

Hi,

I've just enabled the "Reject Callers who withhold their number" facility and it works a treat. :tu:

The only problem is that it also appears to reject BT callers who are ex-directory. :td:

Has anyone else come across this?

Some callers have "number suppresion" on their line which automatically witholds their number being displayed, can be ntl or bt customers that have this feature. To get through to you all they need to do, is dial 1470 and then your number

Thanks Marge.

Is this something which ALL BT ex-directory customers get with being ex-directory, or can they disable it from their end?
