Additional set top box?
 

Can someone please let me know how much it would be to get an additional set top box installed in my room... have had a good search and it's probably right under my nose but I can't find any info on it.

You will receive one set top box as part of your subscription. Additional set top boxes are available at £15/month per set top box.

Can't help there sorry! I would expect it to be free though, maybe thats a little optimistic! I seem to remember someone being quoted £25 to move an existing STB upstairs, maybe its different for a new one though.

hey i had a new second box fitted reciently and on the phone ntl told me that it was £25, but on there website it says it is free, so i waited for it to be installed and then called up cs and they refunded me straght away and said they had never heard of an instalation charge for this!

Well I called Customer Support or whatever it's called, and was given Sky Sports free for a month, put on the 2 pound extra talk plan for local calls (not bad) and also offered a price match with Sky for an extra box (so about a tenner a month). All in all, not bad at all!

They're charging me 25 quid for the install, and a tenner a month.

Hmm they're meant to be coming between 9 and 12 today, still waiting!!
