No Connection in Basingstoke
 

hello this is my first post on this forums

Lost my broadband connection from about 11.30am sunday 31'st July my cable light is flashing on and off for about 5 minutes then goes dead then about 20 minutes later it will start to flash again then goes quite again i am using an old style modem. i live in the basingstoke area and are wondering if anyone else is having the same problem or who has had the same problem and could give me any advice. thanks 4 any advice or information.

The first thing you should do is check the Server Status page, to see if there are any known issues in your area: http://www.ntl-isp.ntl.com/lookup/default.asp

The second thing you should do is contact ntl Tech Support if there's nothing listed for your area.
