Bios Settings

I need some advice please.

I have recently purchased a 17" TFT monitor which is working just fine, however, on booting up prior to windows loading, the boot up resolution is stretched off of the screen, is there any way of changing this in the bios settings, or shall I just leave it as it is.

I have had a look in the PnP configuration, but can't seem to find anything that is relevent.

TIA

Do you have your gfx card plugged into you tv? Ive seen some strange results with TFT's when dual displays. Surely as long as your pc boots and you can do whatever you need to in bios theres no need to watch the screen while pc boots I would not be concerned

Most of our machines at work do this.....

It's not too much of a problem for us as we can't get into the BIOS, even if we wanted to.

I know how annoying it is though :)
