Transferring NTSC dv tape to computer. Problem.
 

I want to transfer a tape which is ntsc format for a friend onto my computer. I cannot view the tape in my dv camera and equally cannot capture any footage on the computer.

Is there any way i can transfer this over to my computer as i want to burn it on dvd and basically watch this film.
