Do you remember Kojak?

I just read over on Digital Spy that ITV4 are considering bringing back this in the form of the American remake.

Telly Savalas was of Greek ancestry (his full name was Aristotle "Telly" Savalas) he was hardly "pure" caucasian.

As long as it's good I don't think it matters what colour the actor is.

Yeah but still 'white'.

Yeah, let's give him a chance, although if they were determined to use a black actor I'd have gone for Louis Gossett Jr.

I've got all the episodes in divx format and was going to start watching it this weekend so I will let you know if it's worth tuning in :)

This new Kojak was on the TV while I was in Orlando back in April, I watched a few of them and thought it was quite good.
