After house move, broadband router isn't working

Hi, I hope someone can help with this -

I moved house a few days ago, and had my NTL broadband service re-installed at the new address. I'm using the same modem from my old house. The connection itself is working fine, but my Linksys WRT54G Wireless Router isn't working. The lights are all on on the router but I can't access the Router config screen, and I can't pick up any wireless signal on my other PCs. Not sure what I need to do here, any advice would be much appreciated.

Cheers

:welcome: to the site

Seems odd, we got a new modem when we moved a year ago (NTL must have changed the policy). I would ring CS and see what they have to say (forget the last bit). I'm sure someone who knows stuff (not me) will answer your query shortly.

Is the cable from the CM to the Router damaged?

Have you completly reset the router and started again. No reason you should have to, but worth a check.

Thanks for the replys guys.

The cables are all OK and I've uplugged and replugged the router several times but to no avail. Is there a certain order things have to be done in to reset the router?

I always do :

Modem on , wait for Sync / RDY light

Router on, wait for power to stop flashing (on linksys)

Power up PC...

Normally works.
