Regret Telewest-NTL Merger
 

I live in a Telewest area formerly a joint-venture franchise between Telewest and NTL and it used to be called Cable London Limited. The service was terrible and the TV equipment such as set-top-box ect... were constantly braking down :mad: ,I recieved bills very late,I also recieved other peoples bills and had to wait weeks before an engineer turned up to resolve problems.

Since Telewest purchased the 50% stake of Cable London, it has introduced the Active Digital service and service performance has improved a lot and customer service is great!

If NTL merge with Telewest, NTL will be running the show and make a shambols of the service and business.

Telewest customers are more sattisfied with their service than NTL customers are. NTL has poor management and will always be the same. It was also very bad when NTL's Videotron and Nynex franchises were owned by Cable and wireless Comms.

Charges are also probably set to increase again and services will become bad again.:td:
