ADSL router question

Will this do as a router and modem for my new ADSL connection If so it will take ethernet connections to the other computers Thanks |

Yes, and you can connect four machines to it using ethernet cables. It says so in the 'more details' tab ... ;) :)

Netgear are a well-respected make, yes. However, if you're dealing with multiple machines, you should really consider a version that supports wireless - it will make setting up your PCs a lot more straightforward if you're not mucking about with lengths of ethernet cable.

Cables are already in place as i am using a Cable router

For similar money though you could get a wireless one, even if you don't need it now you'll regret not having one some day when you get a notebook or wireless PDA.

Who says i am getting a wireless PDA and i have a notebook well the missus does. She dont walk about the house with it. She uses in 3 rooms. All 3 rooms have a ethernet connection |
