Ok, new to mac os x, playing around with my new ibook and i have lost the mac os x icon (the one that is on the left of the trash bin) an '@' symbol on a spring. How can i get this back?

go on the website - i think it's www.apple.com/macosx then drag the link from the bar to the dock.
