How To Reset My ntlworld email password
 

I have an ntlworld email address, and set my wife up with hers.

She wants to change her password but after 2 hours last night I gave up

I could not find any way to do it via the NTL website, or through account managment or in FAQ's

Either I am missing something very obvious, I am as dull as dishwater, or there is more to it than meets the eye

Anyone on here any ideas?

help and support > your ntl account > manage e-mail account at ntlworld.com , should sort you , you wont be able to change your primary account but you should be able to change your wifes , :welcome: to the site btw :)

Thanks for the reply, but there is nothing on there to change a password.

Will I have to set up a new email address for her ?

iirc , if you click on the extra e-mail box bit , you get the option then to alter an e-mail password , i cant check at the moment if that is correct as i am at work :erm: :D :D

The links have been 'hidden rather on the new site, but to modify any of your seconday mailboxes you can use the following link:

You can't change the password on your primary address here, instead use this:
