Random Resets and Sync/Ready Loss
 

Hey Guys, the past week or so about once a day the sync light keeps going from my cable modem, normally it comes back on within a few minutes and then the ready light comes back a couple of minutes after that.

However, today its been happening every few minutes, coupled with random restarts (where all the lights flash as if i'd removed the power from it and plugged it back on)

I'm in Swindon, is this likely to be a problem my end?

I have had similar problems have you looked at the modems Diagnostics

User: root pass: root

Should be some thing like mine above if it continues to happen report it to tech support and have it checked out.

I am still using my modem it has normally been a problem with the network.
