Problems in M20 area, please help, about to move to SKY
 

I have BB and TV through an STB and SACM.

Every night I come home from work and there is no activity. Nothing works.

About 9pm, everything kicks back in which is how I'm writing this.

An engineer came out on Saturday but t was working when he did. He "remade" every connection and said I should be fine.

No chance. Later on it's off again.

When it happens, the STB goes to either 0 or no chanel with only the top light on.

The SACM just relentlessly flashes the DS light.

Sorry, didn't know where to put this. It's not a TV or internet problem, it affects both.

Every night the girlfriend rings me and tells me she wants us to cancel. Every night it flicks back on at 9ish and I'm spared a night of sulking.

Please help!!!

Have you been back on to ntl to tell tham what they did has not cured the problem(s)?

No guesses on what's wrong here, you have a downstream issue. In fact it's almost certainly between you and your street cabinet.

Re-report the issue to ntl informing them that you are losing all services on a regular basis.

Might need to have a new cable pulled between you and the street cabinet.
