Nondeliverable mail
Yesterday I took down an e-mail address for someone in form of surname.number@ntlworld.co.uk.
It bounced back with Nondeliverable mail. I have a couple of questions as I'm desperate for the mail to get through. 1. Is there any type of directory that I can search for this person in or try and find their correct e-mail if I've written it down wrong? 2. Does the error message suggest I have written the address down wrong? 3. Are NTL e-mail addresses .com? Perhaps that is my mistake. 4. Mine is in the form forename.surnamenumber@ntlworld.com does this have something to do with it? I have resent the mail with .com and hopefully that will sort it. Cheers for any help. |
Re: Nondeliverable mail

Re: Nondeliverable mail
Thanks, the guy got in touch again.
It was indeed a .com issue. Phew. |
Re: Nondeliverable mail
