Bounced emails

Does anyone know how you can find out your email limit?

I was on holiday the past fortnight and got a lot of mail which I tried to clear through webmail from a web cafe halfway through the trip.

However, I noticed a substantial number of messages from ntlworld saying that such and such a mail couldn't be delivered because I was "over my quota".

I don't even know what the emails were as I just deleted them from the list as it was taking too long to go through everything.

Any ideas?

on NTL? I thought it was either 2MB or 5MB unless somebody here knows any different?

Next time you go on holiday temporarily unsubscribe from anything that sends you loads of e-mails.;)

A friend of mine failed to clear out her e-mails and ended up with a problem with her e-mail account so had to get a new e-mail address.:erm:

So, if a few people send me a couple of emails with 1Mb attachments then it will soon build up over the 10Mb limit...

Sounds a bit daft. I can understand it if it's a single 10Mb email but not if - as in my case - it's loads of little ones (I get mail on motorbike racing)

Ken

you could set your mailbox to forward to a gmail account - my storage allowance on just one account is currently 2.3GB ;)
