I am trying to register for the free Broadband Plus trial but each time I enter my Name, E-Mail address I get the error

I'm currently having problems with Broadband Plus.

I've been paying for it for about a year or so, and have been charged for it on my current bill, but cannot get into it.

I get the same error as above if I try to register.
Did speak to billing a couple of weeks ago about this who "took it off and put it back on" but it's still not working.
May try to ring again at the weekend if I get time.

hedwig- have you phoned ntl and had BB+ added to your bill? If so, you will not be able to register- this needs to be removed as everything is setup through the online registration process...

MikeyB your problem is different... i will post more information when i am less tired and my brain is working :p:
