Thanks to Network Techs Northampton

Just wanted to say thanks to the guys and girls in Northampton who managed to find the problem on the network, that was causing my two stb's to not have an I.P. address. Interactive is now back to its flying best :)

NTL are really on the up on the customor service front at the moment which is a good thing indeed.
