Ntl Email problems

Hi

Is anybody else here in manchester having trouble getting their email ?? i can't seem to access mine for quite a long time now , I thought at first it was a new Anti-virus software i installed that was giving me the trouble but it seems to be from Ntl , I have had a look on the fault page but nothing showing up , usually this does not bother me but i have a few important mails to get hold of

any info would be helpful

Hi

I managed to fix it , ntl mail was telling me it can't verify my email passwords and i had the same problem with mozilla thunderbird and outlook express so i went to check out my email account settings via the ntl web page to make sure the passwords were correct which they were and then i decided to delete the accounts in thunderbirds and outlook and re do them and hey presto it works ok now
