Ppv Hatton Fight - I Cannot Book It
 
Iam trying to book tonites ppv hatton fight but keep getting messag E004 Stating that my booking cannot be completed. Can anybody offer any help as Customer Services is shut (why they dont have a specific dept open, when they do ppvs -I'll never know - They'd make loads)

Welcome to the forum Natterbox, I am sorry I can't help you as I never use PPV but Roy may be on the right track with the over spending thingy

no - Iam billed by direct debit every month, everything is upto date ....

Your credit limit is set by NTL regardless of paying by DD.

Isn't the limit £30?

Have you used ppv a lot this month or is the first time? (That's if it is the limit)

thanks for the welcome guys - its so annoying - I've been with NTL for 3 years, booked loads of ppvs and its never happened b4. Oh well, I'd better get on the blower to my friends and stop them coming over...Time to find a club that will be showing it...

£32 on mine, but very rarely use it unless a v good film on, but £15 for a fight that could in theory end in the 1st round is robbery.

Did you reboot the box at all (Unplug from mains for 30 seconds then plug back in) - check all cables and check smart card is not dirty and is correctly inserted into the slot.

a club thats open at 2:30 and shows the boxing,my kinda heaven!
